This programme is the result of extensive work by Dianne Lowther on the role of the mind in health and healing. The result of significant injury or illness is often that a person develops a better relationship with the part of the body that has suffered and learns how to prevent further problems. ‘Time for a Check-up’ takes this insight and facilitates the process of developing relationships with all systems of the body to prevent imbalances and neglect that can lead to serious health problems. It takes about 30 minutes to scan all the body systems and find out any action you should take to maintain health. If any specific problems are discovered you can move on to ‘Time for Healing’ which is a hypnotic induction which uses a range of technologies and techniques including binaural beats, NLP, Huna. It takes you through a process to discover and address any emotional or psychological factors involved in your health issues.

This is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment but people who have used it report faster healing of acute conditions and better control of chronic ones.
