Reasons to take this training
Open to Practitioners and Master Practitioners of NLP who want to build their skill and confidence in doing one-to-one coaching. This one-day workshop will include an overview of a coaching process and opportunities for members of the group to coach each other in front of the class and receive coaching, feedback and guidance from one the trainers. You have the choice to participate as a coach, a client or observer of each session.
The main emphasis will be on exploring the client's map of the world in relation to the presenting problem or outcome and then deciding how to intervene (if at all). We will be presenting two different style of coaching to help you identify your own style and understand the implications of the way you approach a coaching session.

- A simple model for structuring a coaching session
- How to achieve the most elegant solution for the client
- How to organise the information the client gives you
- Ways to give feedback
- How to decide which intervention to use
- What to do when you don't know what to do
- How to handle major problems
