We run a number of public courses every year. These are ideal if you just want training for yourself or a small number of people in your organisation. The courses are charged per person fully residential.

We specialise in training people to use NLP in business in our flagship programme 'Business Class NLP'. We also have other professional development programmes where NLP techniques have been incorporated to create rapid results and effective transfer of learning back into everyday situations.

NLP Courses

Our NLP courses are designed for business leaders - senior managers, directors and business owners. All NLP courses are run by Certified Master Trainer of NLP Dianne Lowther and/or Certified Trainer of NLP Neil Harris. Our flagship programme 'Business Class NLP' is ideal for people who are new to NLP or for those who already have a Practitioner or Master Practitioner qualification but are keen to find business applications of NLP.

Turning Stress Into Success

A one-day workshop run by Peter Jefford exploring the natural human process for recovery from stress and the way in which that process applies to you personally. You will find out the stages in the process where you most often get stuck and how to prevent it happening, so that you can recover completely from everyday stresses and maintain your personal effectiveness. This programme is also suitable for managers who want to raise their awareness of the effects of stress in others and how to prevent stress-related problems.

How to have Brilliant Ideas

A two-day programme run by Norman Wheatley to introduce you to practical techniques for stimulating your creativity, idea-generation and problem-solving abilities and to equip you to bring out these skills in others. The programme is suitable for everyone regardless of job role, level of responsibility or size of team. It will be particularly useful for anyone involved in managing or implementing change, people who have to solve problems or manage a team with problem-solving roles and those who are looking for greater mental stimulation and job satisfaction.
